Ok... Please don't yell at me for this one - I'm not a newbie but I also am not sure about this one...
I've been away from the gym for 2 months (for a reason I ratha not say)... I've been somewhere where i've only been gettin 3 meals a day - today was my first day back to the gym... I'VE SHRUNK A LOT! went from @ 240 down to 220lb.
So here's my question - Can I do a cycle this late for the summer that will add some mass without too much bloat? Last spring from March - May I did
Test 400 / Decca 300 (x10 weeks)
