just a minute ago i forgot to thumb the needle to get the air out and accidentily injected it into my delt is anything wrong w/ that? (but every thing went smooth other than me being worried about that.)

As long as you aspirated you're fine. Otherwise you're lucky you missed a vein because you're still standing. You're fine either way but this reinforces the need to aspirate. A little air in the muscle won't hurt you though.

an im injection requires at least .1cc of air to help distribute the medication. but like e said if u dont aspirate and accidently inject into an artery u wouldnt have been startin this thread.

The amount of air you injected is probably veeery small, so dont sweat it.

20cc of air in a vein to kill you? hmm u sure? i sware there was an arguement about this before lol some dude said it was a high amt and another saying it was like 3cc,
if its 20cc thats fine, the syringes we use dont even hold 20cc
