guys i'm experiencing terrible metabolic slowdown right now..after stopping my ECA..i just cant get my hrt rate up to 60-75%..i stayed at he same intensity and inclination i used to when on ECA..but just cant get that hrt rate up..i found myself upping the incline..and just barely make it to 60%...i wouldn't want to go on the incline too much..wouldn't want to overtrain my legs..what should i do?any help appreciated guys..
