also whats some things i should check to make sure its real not fake ??? is the hallogram sticker on top of the rubber cap???/

The hologram should be on the top of the cap, and the cap should be white. I've never taken it before myself, but a friend of mine did and said that it was painful. I took the Deca300 by QV before and i had good gains and no pain. But Syd Goup products in my opinion are equally as good.

SYD is pretty good stuff, QV is better but SYD is good.
