Definitely. THey "oppose" each other and its best when you do them in supersets. Do a bi exercise, then do a tri exercise.

Exactly. I have had great results from working bi's and tri's on the same day. IMO, it's the best way to go.

    1. Chest and back
    2. Deadlifts and traps
    3. Shoulders, bi's and tri's
    4. Legs and calves

    I'm currently using this split.

I only ever do bis and tris on the same day.

I tried once a 3 month stint of triceps with chest and bis with back. Didn't workout for me at all and I actually started to loose arm mass. It might have had something to do with working out with my gf too , but who knows.

These days I just do them together and do supersets with them most times and I find that I can really beat the hell out of them and get a superpump.

    No right or wrong

I dont believe there is a right or wrong in this, you can and should mix it up every couple months anyway,
I personaly do them on seperate days that way I get an arm workout and great pumps on two different days of the week.
    My 2 cents.

I like it too, but if you use it too long you will stop seeing results.
