This is what I'm thinking of doing for my first cycle. can you take deca on the same day as I take the sust? or should I span it out in between sust shots?

week 1-10 sust - 500mg/week
week 1-10 deca - 200mg/week
week 1-15 nolva - 10mg ed
pct
nolva 20 mg ed
clomid

I know test e would be better but I was given some sust so I figured I'd use it. If its a big deal I suppose I could get some test e instead but if its safe I'll just use the sust.

thats almost exactly what my first cycle looked like, personally i hated it, because the sus you need to inject everyday or everyother day to use up the propinate in it, bro seriously if i were to do it over again i would use just a single ester test. period. for a first cycle and test e would be perfect.

i would use enanthate over the sust any day, i've used both and personally won't use sust again

get some test e for first cycle, worked great for me save the rest for another cycle. besides how would you know if you got signs of gyno if it was from the sust or deca? just do a test only first cycle, if it is your first cycle you will still grow big bro. try this 500mg/wk test e, 250mg/twice a week. if you still plan on running the deca get some bromo the nolva wont work for deca gyno

nolva does not work for deca, you need bromo. and a test only first cycle is the BEST first cycle

Frowned on No no no no no, not frowned on. Expressly pushed on everyone maybe, but never frowned at. 'Cept by people arguing they should be fine before they start their deca only cycle. Notice they always argue before the cycle.

remember this is your first cycle and you dont need much to grow HUGE. 500mg of test e is perfect. drop the deca for now, seriously! save it for another time. running nolva 20mg a day and .25mg of liquidex a day would be perfect for gyno/bloat, nolva blocks it and liquidex prevents, but not 100% awsome combo for any cycle.

Do a quick search on Sust but the recent posts that I have read do not reccomend Sust for a first cycle. Better to go with a single ester test and IMO if you are going to run deca up the amount to 400mg/wk, and also add B6 to your daily supplements to help combat against prolactin induced Gyno. Good luck
