you might be dehydrated, or you did a bunch of supersets for your bi's
Naw, it happens from time to time..you eat some oysters..or..something?
The so called pump is fluid going to the damaged muscle that's why your arms feel tight

I get pumps naturally every the time. Lemme tell you that a hamstring pump is among the weirdest feelings you'll ever have.
If u dont know about pumps then i would not use juice for a long time thats for sure. Pumps are a biproduct of tearing muscle down and recuperating. Par for the course
