guys small question if i have a protein/fat meal consisting of steaks etc, would a steak consisting of Pro 50, fat 25 be considered a pro/fat meal i9n itself or should i still get healthy fats(efa) from another source? thnks

i suppose the fat in steaks will add to the total fat calories..but take note bro..most of the fats in steak are in saturated form...so...you know what to do??
You don't add EFA's to that meal of course. However, you make sure that in other meals you are ingesting good forms of fats to balance it all out.
