I also heard that abalone(sp*?) was better than tuna but more expensive. My friend buys it in a bag and says it tastes way better than canned tuna.
Side note, it's been three weeks since I've stopped weight training and I think I'm starting to lose some of the muscle. But my shoulder is still giving me problems.
Should I just hit the gym again and be real careful with the movements?
I think I'll make an appointment with a joint doctor.
Don't fu*k with your shoulder. I speak from experience. If it's as bad as you say, get clearance from your doctor first. But you can still work out your legs and depending on what your shoulder injury is, you can do some isolation exercises on your bi's and tri's. And you won't hurt your shoulder on the treadmill.
