My question is, if I eat my first 3 meals at 9:00am, 12:00pm, and 3:00pm, pwo shake at 7:45, I will have almost a 5 hour gap between meals. I am I still going to be ok. I have no problem with the gap, I have always read you need protein every 2-3 hours. Please bear with me as I am trying to educate myself. I appreciate your help and feedback.
