can bloat be minimized based on diet and excersise?

...in other words, say if im doing some test and deca now; though the drugs are known for causing water retention, can that water weight, caused from the rapid increase of androgens in the body, be minized to a significant degree by diet and excersise habits...such as cardio training and lots of water intake, minimum salt intake, and anything else that might help?

if you are taking a big enuf dose of AAS to build muscle then you are taking an amount that really should be handled by ancillary drugs. If it was just water - you could take diuraetics but estrogen and aromatization is the undelying cause and that has to be dealt with directly.

as far as diet etc. is concerned(not counting anti-e's), the more water you drink, the less you hold.... sounds weird.

i feel the same way the more water you drink the less water you hold....also i really don't believe diet and exercise will help alone...anti-e's are necessary...JMO!

on a related note, dehydration causes diarreha. you would think it would cause constipation.
