i was reading an old thread and USUALSUSPECT said mixed nuts are a good source of EFA's ( of course they are) but then he said no peanuts. . . .whats wrong with peanuts, if you can have natty PB then why not peanuts???? or is he just wrong?

peanuts are also a good source of efa's. what he probably meant was that compared to other nuts, peanuts have substancialy more carbs which they do.
Peanuts have a lot more saturated fats compared with almonds, cashews, etc.
