okay i am wondering but wanna make sure im right before i start...my questions is this, if i wanna start with 4 or 5 IU;s a day after my work out not before cause i am new to this, that would be equvalent to 16.5 on the slin darts right? would that be a good dosage to start with? and is it okay if i dont do any post workout shots of slin? thanks
