it will defintely break the routine bug. my friends who are doing it are so addicted. you get to burn the calories, have fun and please your boyfriend/girlfriend at the same time. check it out you cant go wrong.

I always buy those videos then do them for a bout a week.. then they collect dust.. I have the NY City Ballet workout DVD's.. which I love, But I would feel like a major dweeb if Coldstone came home and I was doing a ballet lesson in the living room
