whether you are making just egg whites or whole eggs i finally found a receipe that is good. i use it in my bulking. i take the eggs and mix in a little milk, some salt, pepper, slenda and start to whisk. then i put it in a pan and start to cook.
while its cooking i cut up a peperoni stick into little chunks. when it starts to cook i mix in the peperoni and stir.
it tastes so good with the peperoni. not sure about the fat content of the peperoni
