I need help!!! with mixing

I have serostim 7 vial 6mg. My question is when i am mixing the bw with the gh do i insert 1.8cc of bw or do i just put 1cc of water??? everyone tells me to put 1.8cc but i'm confussed......help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
