I'm looking to do a cycle after this summer is over, maybe in the winter but I was wondering what kind of split you guys do and how many sets per body part when youre on? Here's what I'm on right now
M-Shoulders/traps
T-Legs
W-Chest
R-off
F-Back
S-Arms
S-off
About 15 or 20 sets for each muscle group. Does recovery time decrease a LOT when youre on cycle so you can do everything every 3 days or so?
