Im about to try liquid clen that comes in a spray. Should i use that spray or would i be better of measuring it out like using ldex?

At first I thought you said INJECT, not injest. lets make this clear it needs to be taken orally in case you too read it as I did. Take a syringe and measure it out. I sure wouldnt trust a spray cap as opposed to the true measurement of a syringe.
