as for wanting something that will get you strong and out of the body quickly look into Test Prop. You cant really bulk up and reduce body fat at the same time...its difficult.

i HATED clean and jerks.in florida i was in an league that totalled you by clean and jerks and benchpress.the benchpress i loved but when it came to clean and jerks it was ridiculous.if i had learned how to squat clean properly i would have been in the 300's but the most i ever got up was 285, with a 385 bench.
i feel where your coming from and since you were in the postion im in ill try and help you out.only cuzz i understand that sometimes when you want it bad enough, you'll basically do anything and everything to get it.regardless of what anyone else tells you.
what do you have access to? are you looking to stay in a weightclass? whats the EXACT day you will be tested for drugs?
Hey morfeuss, if that is a pic of you, you can't be complanning, you look like a 77kg lifter, and that has to be about 150kg you are cleaning if that is you. Don't get me wrong, the top lifters are lifting a crap load of weight, but yes, i know they juice. At 19 you are still a young lifter even for olympic lifting. just keep training is my opinion. don't juice until about 21. those great lifters like mutlu, niem,dimas didn't win the olympics til their 20's and still are stong going into their 30's. I will say the only exception would be that polish kid who was in the 94kg class and cleaned 235kg, but miss the jerk, but wow. juice is still a last resort, but if you do use, just get used to those needles, i think most effective way to get results. tell me your lifts and weight class, i would like to see where you stand.
