Thread: pro's and con's of rubbing in after injection?

    pro's and con's of rubbing in after injection?

    hey guys hopfully someone can help me out here. At the begining of my cycle i was told not to rub the junk in after injection.but to just let it absorb. but after reading other members posts im starting to think i should be doin the opposite, rubbing it in.Does anyone have and compare and contrast type info on the subjuct? any advice would be greatly appriciated

    I always massage the area to break up the ball of oil it will still dispurse slowly. If I don't the spot hurts for me.

    thanks bro. thats what first got me researching the subject. id be hurtin all week.. im gonna try massaging it in today for a change.

    massage, heating pad, and lots of ibprofine will do the trick...

    I always rub it in. It helps avoid pain the next day. Always message in my opinion.

    My sh*t hurst enough after I hit it with massaging it. Can't imagine not!

    I for one don't want 1.5-2 cc's sitting in one spot.

    thanks bro's after i took care of myself i massaged it in for a minute or two.. hopefully gettin out of bed the next few days will be alittle easier then the past few weeks, ha. but u no what they say "no pain no gain"
