I will slowly work my way to to these macros but this is the final diet goal i will reach after 2 weeks of gradual increase.
cardio 3 x per week 30min 130bpm
this is on training days:

2 packs plain oats

1 1/2 cans tuna
2 tbs olive oil

6oz chicken breast
2 tbs olive oil
meal 4
2tbs natty pb
8 eggwhites
meal 5
pwo 40g whey dextrose 80 g carbs dexstrose
meal 6
ppwo
1 1/2 cups rice
1 can tuna
meal 7
2 scoops whey
2 tbs flaxseed oil
carbs=332g protein= 272g fats=102g
kcals= 3200aprox.
on non training days my diet is almost the same except for my macros
carbs=256g protein= 246g fats=111g
kcals=3150aprox..
Any comments or encouragement(lol) are welcome?
