nolva after pct???

just wanted to know how long i should run nolva after my pct,so i don't get the rebound effect? my cycle was test enanthate,deca,dbol. finishing the last 2 weeks with prop.in other words when will all the wonderful estrogen be out of me?

I always run an AI (L-dex) and a SERM (Nolva) 7 days after my last Clomid dose........

I also run an AI and SERM 2 weeks prior the start of my cycles.

well, should i run it longer then you?because i'm pretty sure i'm gyno prone cause when i switched to the prop i got itchy nips again and raised nolva to 80.(this is as we speak) pct is in one week.i upped the nolva to 20mgs too,and still got itchy nips! could i take 30 or 40 during pct?

You can try running it longer....... bro this is all trial and error with this stuff because all of us are different........
