what percentage of your max hear rate do you guys usually use? 65% - 75%? i hear it takes 20 mins to even begin to burn fat if so, do you guys start timing after 20 mins or just do 45 mins the minute your in your target heart zone?

I keep my heart rate at 70% of max the whole time I am on the cardio equipment.
