Hey guys im at the end of my 5th week of test e and deca and holy s***!!!!For the first 4 weeks i was getting a little stronger and then this week all of a sudden.........squat was 295 for 7 and now 350 for 5, bench was 275 for 5 and now 315 for 4, behind the neck press was 155 for 8 and now 205 for 7, Arm curls i did with 35lb. dumbells and today i grabbed the 55's and got 8 on each arm..............Awesome, also would like to add that i have gained almost 20 lbs, no BS.......
