I just finished competing got a few months to put a stack together, (3 months) i got to stay lean as poss for photo shoots etc... (Visable abs) so i was think of doing some:-
GH
Inslulin
T3 or t4 to keep fats down.
Deca- Tests but what and how to put a stack together i my problem, any other suggestions or anything i shouldnt be doing from the above list?
Like i say i want a course to put together so i can start asap.![]()
