Nolvadex at beginning of cycle?

Should I be dosing nolva at the beginning of the cycle, the first day i hit the needle or should i wait a couple weeks?

I start it 2 weeks prior to any cycle I run....... I do this with all anti-e's.......

But at minimum start your anti-e's the day you start the cycle.
