Hey,
I like to work out in the morning between 8-9am... I usally get up 30-45 minutes before I start my warm up sets in the gym.
I'm trying to bulk up at the moment, so what do you suggest is the best type of food to eat before working out? Obvioulsy, I don't want to feel bloated or lathargic before I start my sets. Should I wait a certain time to work out after eating in the morning?![]()
