    Back shot. (been awhile...about 30lbs later)

    i'm 210 now...just started usin slin and upped my deca alot...packin it on fast...lost some cuts but still have veins..weird how it works...i like my bulkier look anyway...but here goes:

    264lbs I was before I started all this dieting/cutting crap... low carbs sucks to but I have a carb up day coming soon so that won't be too bad. Props to you man your looking great. Also thanks for the comment Peace, GQ

    haha thats cuz i spend my time working out not lookin in the mirror bub! haha j/k...i have never worked on posing but i aimed my head down in order to show bis and lats and traps at same time i guess... thanks for the compliments though
