guys..i'm so excited..i've started my test run on my final week yesterday..all well as of now..i will carb deplete from 130g-50g..dropping around 20-30g of carbs per day..for about 3 days..and do a carb load for 2-3days..water intake will be high..2 gallons all through the days until friday where i drop it to 1 gallon..but i'm thinkin if i should still have dextrose after my workout while carb depleting..or should i use other sources instead? if i should, what sources of carbs would be good?
