    wrong forum I know. Cereal?

    Guys i know wrong forum but everyone over htere is asleep or something. Is it ok to eat raisin bran while on cycle. I didnt know because of the sugar. But it is bran and protein. thanks for the help

    Sugar is not necessarily bad but eat it in moderation and try to keep it to earlier in the day.... breakfast. I usually have a small bowl in the morning so i can think the rest of the day.
