Hey guys - ive done a thread search and havent gotten much info.
I'm currently working out 6 days a week, with running at 7am, work 830-5pm and lifting 530-8.
I take isopure directly after my workout and eat about 4 meals a day.
When should I take the V-12? Before running? After? I heard youre supposed to take 2 scoops daily, with them 8 hours apart?
Also, Should i do an 8 week cycle?
Also, need some help on nutrition.
Heres a basic summary, tell me what you think:
8am: EAS protien drink
10am: fruit
noon: turkey sandwich w/ cottage cheese and yogart
2pm: chef salad
4pm: banana/granola bar
8pm: protien shake
830pm: Chicken/Steak/turkey for dinner
My ultimate goal is to get strong and lean at the same time - i know its a slow process, but its been working - i want to introduce some creatine into the mix. The past two summers ive done cell-tech and have had incredible gains.
