pwo drink

hey guys i was wondering what kinda shake should i have as a pwo drink

choice one: protein shake 32g of pro, 3 grams of carbs

choice 2: weight gainer shake 25g of pro, 70 grams of carbs

im currently trying to bulk and if u could state the reason why i should take one or the other thanks

no no i was wondering what is optimal for growth.....or which one would benefit me and why....but i was told to check out the sticky.

I'd use dextrose, or like others said, you can use a combo of dex and malto.

I've always just used dextrose and it's worked well for me.
