Im finally taking a week off from lifting since Dec. Since then and even before then Iv been doing cardio and of course dieting.I am going to slack with my dieting threw the week im taking off but should I ALSO take a break from the cardio. The guys at the gym say dont even show my face there stay home. If I take a break from lifting and cardio which I think i should do would it hurt even if I go mountain biking once or twice threw out of my time off? Or just let my body RELAX?
