im 4 weeks on it and my strength is going up like crazy
50+ lbs on deadlift
35+ lbs on bench
40+ lbs on squats
all 1 rep maxs
it also may be more mental than physical but its working for me!

I might be a little bit mental but this stuff works to some degree on its own. People knock ph/ps stuff but some of it works. 1-ad, 1-tu, mag-10 and m1t/4-ad are the one's that i know of that work well.
