I have been doing a keto diet on and off for like 2 years now. They work wonders on losing water weight quickly. The one problem is when i look up the diets most of my research says that you can bascially eat as much fat and protein as u want and loose weight. that cannot be true. My stats are

195 pounds
endo meso body type
trying to get cut and at least retain most of my muscle mass
how many cals you think i should eat on a keto diet ...how many grams of fat-carbs- protein im thinking of eating around 2300 cals can anyone help me out ?
