How bad are 90% lean burgers? I have them in my bulking diet, just curious as to have bad it is to have in my diet.

They arnt bad, depends on what else you are eating that day. Veggie burgers are really good, might want to try those. My .02
They are better than 80% lean burgers but not as good as 97% lean burgers. It all depends on how you fit them into your diet. There are much better sources of fat than animal fat but you can't eliminate it entirely.
No veggie burgers for me, the only reason resort to burgers is that i work on the boardwalk in jersey and burgers are the best thing to eat, alot better than cheesesteaks and pizza. On a typical day i eat 2 half pound burgers at work. There is this one place that sells 8 ounce burger that are 90% lean burger so i go there.
Veggie bugers? Am I awake enough to even get into this? I hope you're not talking about soy.Originally Posted by invid
they got plenty of fat so you dont need to add a fat to it. . .also alot of the fat is saturated so i wouldnt include it alot. .but everyother day or so and your coolOriginally Posted by nsa

They already have fat in them, you don't need to add to that fat...
They have veggie burgers at school, or boca burgers as they call em, most disgusting thing Ive ever put in my mouth.
Put some BBQ sauce on it, taste like chicken ;]
they dont have fired chicken or somthing..? just peal off the **** on the outside and viola.. !@
Burgers are a great source of protein and aminos... Just don't add carbs in your burger meals!
hmm..just wondering..when you guys are bulking,do you all take note of the glycemic index thingy? and i suppose most buns/breads have gluten which makes one bloated..
