Trac creatine by mhp is the best IMO...
Vitargo by nutrex is also good.
I got a kilogram of Higher Power from bodybuilding.com for $20.
i would just go with the cheapest you can find. . b/c all the creatine in all the products is only made by 3 diff companies
I just got simple Creatine Monohydrate from GNC. 20 bucks for 100 servings. **** works good to.
If you want cheap. go to vitamin shoppe and get 100% creatine monohydrate. 20$ for 300+ serving 5 grams per serving.
come on......solid creatine at allsportnutrition.com . got to muster some support here.
Vitargo Cgl is great! Nothing else has givin me painful pumps.
hey, on allsportsnutrition, is the solid creatine flavored. It doesnt say, its cheep as hell so i wanna try it.
vitargo gives u pumps? i dont notice any difference in postworkout pumps on or off it.Originally Posted by bulldawg_28
ypu can buy bulk CEE at *************.com. Its pretty cheap. I notice much less water retention.
actually i am going to start a new kind of creatine, but i need some advice. the new product satur 8 is out and i was thinking about that, but does anyone know about this product? or what are your opinions about kre-akalyn creatine?
satur 8 is a creatine and NO complex. IT is pretty decent. Kre Alkalyn is a buffered creatine, and works better for most than regular mono. CEE is the new gold standard creatine though,
I sure as hell did! I remember one day, after doing chest and tris, the next day my arms were still pumped. A buddy of mine asked me if I can even touch the floor.Originally Posted by suzuki99

what do you mean by NO Complex? Which one would you take. do you recommend a good plan for CEE.
here's how it breaks down. i've been trying the whole natural thing, but its just not working. i am 160, 5'7'' and 22 years old. i was going to take thribex for 4 weeks with a creatine (?), and i was going to supplement in L-Caritine and L-Arginine but i dont know exactly what times to take the two aminos. some people say that you need to take Arigine one hour before your workout and before you go to bed. any hints or help?
NO complex stimulates nitric oxide, so you get better pumps when lifting. CEE is better than any other creatine, but you have to find a legit batch because alot of the CEE thats out now is not CEE but actually monohydrate and in some cases it has been tested and shown to be creatinine.Originally Posted by tug
any good brands? thanks
B u l k Nutrition has been a reliable place for me.
Ones I know with COAs and/or assays are B U L K nutrition, Trueprotein, VPX, BSN, and Dymatize. This is not saying others are not legit, these are just the ones I know have one or both.
