2ND Bulking Diet

Weight training days Mon/Wed/fri

1 10egg whites,1 bowl oatmeal,muti-vitamin

2 protein shake/tbsp flaxseed

3 lean chicken breast/salad/ cup of brown rice

4 lean steak/potatoes/vegies

5[pre workout]1 scoop protein power,20mg creatine

6[post workout]1 scoop protein powder/100mg dextrose

7 cup of salad/ cottage cheese

8 2 scoops protein powder/1 tbsp flaxseed

on tues/thurs/sunday cardio for 20mins 1 scoop of l-glutamine before training
then just have egg whites minus oatmeal i include a protein smoothie instead with 4 strawberries.

meal 7 is consumed around the time i would be working out.
