Test levels will still be inconsistant, it is recommended to do E3.5D to E4D due the half life of the ester.

twice a week should be fine for the most part. Your levels may drop off just a bit but it won't be anything dramatic.

i would go with 250mg E3.5D.... 500mg E4D is too much for a first cycle

i agree.. if you never used test before doing 250mgs e3d's you will see good results.. if you arent happy after this cycle then boost it up but you should do fine on 500mgs per week
