meal 1 10 egg whites 1 bowl oatmeal multivitamin, 300 mg B-6
meal 2 protein shake or bar
meal 3 chicken breast/ 1 cup brown rice
meal 4 protein shake
meal 5 either a chicken/steak or fish w/ potatoes and veggies
meal 6 protein shake(pre workout)
meal 7 protein shake (post workout)
any suggestions would help it's my 1st cycle and always lookin to improve this is what I put together so far...thanks
