    Lana's Egg Whites

    Does anyone know how long you can keep lana's egg whites in the fridge before they go bad? Also if they have a .5 gram of carbs in every egg white and i would being eating 8 in a serving that would be 4 grams of carbs. Does this mean i cant eat egg whites (lana's) with my fats then? I like to do egg whites with flax and water and drink it. Lastly is the 100mg of sodium in the egg whites too much if i plan on eating around 16 whites a day?

    Great product, that is nearly 0 carbs. Dunno how long they can keep, they never usually last long enough to spoil. I am sure she'd be happy to answer that for you, just write her and ask.

    Im going to bump this...Just ordered some. Makes a hell of a lot more sense to go this route than buying two dozen whole eggs and doing it yourself.
