Im impressed at how the British Dragon Var is kicking in.
This is night 9 at 40mg ED. Tonight I experienced a strength spurt like never before. I was carefull not to throw on 30 more # for every lift. What I did instead was just max out on reps and do more sets and even added a few new exercises.
Really wanted to go for personal max but I know thats a good way to snap a tendon.
Advice to others who experience a strength spurt. Dont try to make a big gain in poundages. Alway make small weight incerments and just do more reps. Escpecially if you are older.
