Test En. and Deca ???????????

About to start cylce 12 weeks of test en.. and Deca. 500 test 300 deca per week. I hear a lot of different opinions on this. Is once per week ok or should I inject every 5 days....Thanks guys

sorry to disagree with the rest of the bros but you do not need to shoot deca twice a week. and unless your running sust, prop, suspension of duratest. you do not need to shoot enathate twice per week either. in fact enathate is probably the only test you will do very well with even if you only do it once per week. the other tests, and eq, but not deca and more then likely not enathate. just my opinion, but i have never read or heard of anyone getting better results from multiple shouts of enathate.
