    Oatmeal in the blender?

    Is it ok to put oatmeal in the blender and drink it?

    water... I can kill a cup of oats blended in water in about 5 seconds. Alot easier than chokin it down after lettin it soak for a while. Just hope it still has the same bio avail.

    i like blending it.. its a time issue.. dont really look for food for enjoyment... just whats quick and has the goods.

    Blend the oats with whey and water... That tastes pretty good.
