Yes, it's .125 however, for me, that amount does NOT work. Being around 160ish, that would mean I should take around 20mg. I tried that and it did NOT work. I think for Anavar to work, you need to run it at 30/40 ED! Just my experience....

I think sometimes with the old .125 per pound dosage they are referring to the American-made BTG Pharmaceuticals Oxandrolone. Now that stuff at 20-25 mg will be plenty (and potent!) for the average sized guy - probably comparable to 35-40 mg of British Dragon, Spa, QV, Papervar, etc...
