Are the 2ml Nandrolone Decoanoate from Norma Hellas supposed tobe half full? If so is 1ml equal to 100mg?

Being under filled doesn't mean your gear is bunk........ a lot of the time amps and vials will be under filled...... it sucks but that's what it is.
