my pro/fat meal is always 90 mins b4 i lift. . tuna, full fat mayo, and one scoop whey
I prefer pro/carb while bulking. I usually eat 5 oz cooked chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, and 5 oz apple.
sweet potato....although i havent been able to eat prior to gym, so i get by on a 40gm PreWO shake![]()
