take a look... i have one gap and that is the bedtime meal. im not quite sure what to wack in here. what are your favourite and most productive before bed meals?

meal 1: 6am
1/cup oats, 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs (multivitamin)

meal 2: 8:30am(at army mess)
2 eggs poached, wholemeal toast with vegemite, sultana bran and small tub of lite yohgurt

meal 3: 10:30am (while working so a quick one)
Can of tuna and cup of brown rice

meal 4: 12:30-1pm (at army mess)
meat serve (chicken or steak or stew), cup of rice and vegetables

meal 5: 3pm (while working)
tuna and cup of brown rice

WORKOUT approx 4pm

meal 6: PWO 5pm
30g whey 60g dextrose

meal 7: 7pm
chicken breast with sweet patatoe brocolli

meal 8: 9-9:30
unsure here. shake with slow relase protien??? need help here please.

oh yeah im currently 6'0 , 175lbs
