Help for a bro

I have a Bro who needs some help. There is an NPC show in exactly 12 weeks from today. He wanted to know your opinions and also what you could suggest for him to do if he decides to go thru with it. As far as AAS/Diet/Prep. Here are the following stats and this is like my best friend from school so any knowledge/info i would be in your debt.

22 years ol
200lbs
prolly 9% BF
Training for 3 years

Cycle Experience:
#1 Over 1 yr ago, an All Deca cycle
#2 Dianabol and Eq cycle
#3 375 Deca and 375 Test cycle
All cycles had improving PCT for each one. Each one run for about 10 weeks at a time.

Now hes just running 470mg Test/week and 300mg Eq/week

Ill try to get some better ones..sorry bros..He has no feet because the timed cam is sittin on a table. Ill see if he can get some better ones...I have old ones but he was 15lbs lighter...they suck pretty bad.

He is looking really good for 22...tell him to just keep on working hard and like everyone else says...hit the chest. Great cuts and well on his way to doing very well!
