Ok bros ive been pretty much eating the same foods for the past few months now. Eventhough ive changed my focus from cutting to bulking i still havent inccorporated any red meat in my diet. Basically i havent eating any beef in the past few months. I was wondering if this could be a factor affecting Test levels. I know fat helps with Test levels but i also heard Red meat does aswell. What do you bros think? Should i add some beef in my bulking diet? Right now my sources of protein are chicken breast, tuna, eggwhites, and protein shakes.![]()
